The full privacy policy has not been published yet. Until it is, what follows is a summary of the data the service keeps today.

What applies today

Creating an account stores your first name, last name and e-mail address.
A candidate's answers, uploaded files and videos, and the assessment result are stored for and shown to the inviting company.
Exam monitoring data (tab switches, fullscreen exits and the recording) is attached to that assessment only.
The newsletter is sent only if you chose it during registration; that choice is optional.
