The full terms of use have not been published yet. Until they are, what follows is a summary of the rules that apply to the service today.

What applies today

The service is provided to companies for assessing job candidates; an account is personal and must not be shared.
Content published to the public library is available to every company; a company's private questions and tests are visible only to that company.
Limits on assessments, tests, questions and members follow the plan the company has chosen.
The candidate exam is monitored: tab switches, fullscreen exits and — when the camera is in use — the recording are visible to the inviting company.
